ingrown toenail aftercare

I will be getting my nail bed removed this thursday. I have had over 5 small operations before regarding to ingrown toenails:(. But i’m just wondering will I be able to walk on it two days later (saturday) as ive booked tickets to get to Dublin then and cant redeem them 🙁
