I was working out and I dropped a 45 pound weight on my right foot, it hurt like hell but I got home and wrapped frozen meat (no ice available) around it before going to the hospital and getting an x-ray, it looked like two cracks from both ends of the metatarsal on the bottom, like the weight hit the bone right in the middle.
