Toenail grew back weird

Around this time last year I had a kickboxing accident, I stumbled and leaned my wieght on my big toe and this skin pulled away from it…. Long story short I waited 6 months and it was slightly loose so I cut most of it off with however it’s crew back yellow and rough and also it’s very yellow as well and for some reason there’s a hump in the middle of my nail Can someone explain
