This report presents an innovative surgical technique for the correction of cuboid–metatarsal subluxation at the level of the lateral Lisfranc joint. This stabilization technique reinforces the dorsal fourth tarsometatarsal ligament by incorporating sutures and anchors, establishing a more stable joint.
