Painfull bump in my arch

I have had pain in my arch for about 2 to 3 months.. Recently I could feel a large bump about 2 inches around.. Its veru painfull especially after ive gotten off my feet for awhile then its like it has tightened up and is even more painfull..i have read it could be plantar fibrotosis but from wat ive seen those are smaller more distinct bumps..
