Mortons foot help please

Hi any advice welcome . I have bi lateral mortons toe , weak ankles and this is playing havoc with my kinetic chains causing widespread pain. I have insoles and I see a kinetic chain therapist who is very good but is it possible to revitalise my feet and ankles to provide stability for everything on top
