Complex Ankle Arthrodesis with Step-cut Osteotomy in Charcot Arthropathy with Bone Loss

A step-cut osteotomy was performed in order to tackle the issues of anterior tibial bone loss; worsening leg length discrepancy; soft tissue contraction; joint instability and high risk of non-union.
