burning pain in foot…

burning acid like pain, tearing apart pain in first and second finger next to big toe, on right foot…. once knee is straight and foot is flexed ie pointed outwards… pain is excruciating..also, once down on my knees, or sitting on floor so that my feet become stretched/straightened, with the tops of my feet and toes now on the floor
