Bottom of Big Right toe pain – proximal phalanx of the hallux

I have had many foot problems in the past and I just never seem to catch a break. Here are my list of problems that may or may not help: Age 10-18 – Plantar fascaitis both heels and arches Age 22-32 – Morton’s Neuroma both feet 3rd & 4th metatarsal (surgery at 32) Age 38 – Morton’s Neuroma signs of coming back Age 39 – Sesamoid fracture in half left foot (has lasted 1 year so far) Age 39 – Right big toe proximal phalanx of the hallux inpingement feeling (kind of like the Morton’s nueroma feeling (I have no idea what this is – 1 month) I am working with my new Podiatrist on the Sesamoid and got orthotics that have done nothing. The proximal phalanx of the hallux area is now the concen as it seems to be getting worse
